Men’s Mental Health is the focus for April. Some common beliefs that prevent men from accessing mental health resources are addressed. Tips for maintaining good mental health appear on page two. Spring is usually welcomed by most of us, the warmer weather (this year especially) helps lift our mood. It is also the time of year when some folks realize their depression or other mood ailment is not lifting. Please be on the look out for co-workers, friends, and family who will need your help. It is important to get them to the appropriate resource.
