We protected our health care plans, and part-timers are getting a rate cut.
The Agreement in Principle preserves our IAM negotiated health care coverage. All Association Members will remain eligible for Standard and Core Plans in their current form. Additionally, IAM Members will continue to have access to preferred PPO Plans.
IAM Members not currently participating in a preferred plan will have a one-time open enrollment period in October 2020.
