No other Fleet Service Workers have this level of overall compensation. No other fleet service workers are this hard to outsource, furlough or lay off.
Our retirements, our health care policies and our wages are far superior to those found in non-union workplaces. This agreement will improve the industry that we work in. It will also help all unified workers, proving what front-line workers can do when we negotiate as a union.
