You can list what you’d like to see happen—such as getting your schedule corrected, being paid back wages, having your seniority fixed, or anything else that would make things right. Suggested Union Language: I’m asking to be made whole—this includes getting back anything I lost, like pay, benefits, seniority, or opportunities I missed. I also ask that the Union be allowed to seek any other fair or appropriate remedies to fix the problem completely.
