Overall compensation refers to the complete package of benefits and earnings you receive from your employer for your work. It combines various forms of payment and benefits designed to reward and support employees in different ways. This package can include several elements, such as:

Base Wages: The fixed salary or hourly pay you receive.
Profit Sharing: Bonus payments based on the company's profitability.
