2021 Pre-Contract Negotiation Survey for IAMAW Members at United Airlines

This survey will end at midnight on 22 November 2021.
The results of this survey will be tabulated and used to determine in what ways our current contracts at United should be amended. Survey responses received after November 22 will still be read by negotiators, but may not be tabulated in time to be included in the initial report, which will form our opening proposals to the company. So, please complete this survey as soon as possible.
Carefully mark your answers for each question. Your responses will be saved when you click the “NEXT” button at the bottom of each page. If you have to leave the survey before you finish, you can quickly pick back up where you left off. To do this, just click the link to go back into the survey again, where you will be taken to the “My Responses” screen. From here, you can choose to resume the survey, or you can start over.
