After getting approval, Recording Secretaries should submit attendee’s names with the link provided. Please make sure that this information is submitted before July 15, 2017. Attendees will be contacted directly by email with further instructions. Please contact us at 847-640-2222 if you have any questions.
After their names have been submitted by their Local Recording Secretary, attendees may reserve their room at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. Rooms should be reserved for October 9 through 12.
Making a reservation is easy. Just click the link below or call the hotel directly at (702) 785-5555. There is a $15 (plus tax) charge to make reservations by phone. When you call, make sure to mention the group code SMMAC7.
The last day to lock in the reduced-rate reservation is Thursday, September 7, 2017.

The $75 registration fee has to be paid in order to get into the conference. Please pre-pay at the link below. The registration fee can also be paid in person at the conference. If available, lost time and expense reimbursements are paid by Local Lodges.
